The Clinical Trainer facilitates new hire, customer service, systems, business processes, and new initiative training for all clinical operational business units.

Your Role

Work closely with the business to ensure that established training objectives are met and associates receive effective on-the-job training support.
Partner with Clinical Leaders to determine and address performance gaps based upon quality indicators, customer feedback, and observations.
Act as Subject Matter Expert for the Instructional Design Team when new initiatives are introduced.
Attend meetings and events with the clinical team to stay current with operational changes and to support business processes and technology.
Solicit feedback from participants on program content and effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement.
Partner with the Training Administration to support logistics for training sessions (i.e. location, equipment, materials, and communication).

Requirements/Qualification

Needed Skills

You have facilitation training skills and the ability to provide coaching and feedback.
You have strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and build collaborative relationships.
You are proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

Qualifications

You have a minimum 2 years experience as a training course facilitator.
You have a minimum of two years’ experience or knowledge working in a clinical business unit.
You possess excellent verbal and written skills.
You are able to travel 5-10%.
You have an Associate’s degree in Nursing. Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred). Licensed RN (preferred).
