Portfolia is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, performance-focused Content Marketing Manager with a revenue growth focus, excellent communications skills, and a documented record of success. This position will have a material impact on the company’s revenue and requires analytical and technical skills, as well as writing and design. The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing Portfolia’s content marketing plan across all our media channels, and evaluating and ensuring its performance to prospective and current members. This includes accessing and organizing Portfolia’s rich library of content as well as creating and testing new content material.

To succeed, you must be focused, strategic, analytical, and resilient with strong communication skills. You will need to execute and think strategically in order to navigate toward a successful end goal.

You’re Role

Create and execute the content marketing strategy with the executive team, first as an expert contributor, then as we build out a contract content team.
Own the outcomes and performance indices of the full content strategy across all channels with our digital team, to enable rapid growth and scale.
Tell Portfolia’s Story: Define the narrative and stories that will excite and inspire Portfolia’s communities while building confidence, through our team, portfolio entrepreneurs, and fund leaders.
Be, or rapidly become, the expert on impactful private investing for affluent women, creating brilliant content that speaks to their needs and desires.
Organize, evaluate and utilize/repurpose current video and print content as well as email marketing.
Create best in class content across email, social and editorial channels that will deliver .
Analyze, Evaluate and repurpose currency high-end content, including white papers, articles, training, webinars, interviews, and other materials.
Manage third party resources: Content is key and will require the use of 3rd party resources to produce on a timely basis.
Execute effectively: Ensure content plans come to fruition by managing the day-to-day operations of content ideation, selection, development, and delivery across various channels.
Get us to the top: Analyze the impact of what we put out into the market, and maximize results for growth. Know industry trends and evangelize our brand.

Requirements/Qualifications for Content Marketing Manager Recruitment at Portfolia United States

5+ years of content management, growth marketing and social media management with proven success in customer growth.
3+ years of content experience in consumer markets.
Experience or documented understanding of the affluent women’s market.
Proven analytical skills and technological prowess.
HubSpot Power User, especially for performance reporting
Understanding of graphics and design
Must have worked at a high growth entrepreneurial company.
Very strong writing, editing and communication skills.
An active social media user including, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms where affluent women live
Self-motivated and thrives in a startup environment
