NPC Census Latest News Update for April 2023
The new date for the training of ad-hoc staff for the 2023 Population and Housing Census has now been changed from 31st March to 11th – 30th of April 2023.
As stated by the National Population Commission NPC, LGA Level Training on Building Numbering and Household Listing will now begin on 11th April 2023 and ends on 17th April 2023. This is the First Phase of Enumerators and Supervisors’ Adhoc Staff Training.
LGA Level Training on Persons Enumeration will begin on 25th April 2023 and ends on 29th April 2023. This is the Second Phase of the Enumerators and Supervisors Adhoc Staff Training. Read more here

National Population Commission Supervisors Training Allowance
- Feeding N2,000 x 5days =10,000
- Transport N20,000
- Training Allowance N13,000 x 5days =N65,000
- Total =N95,000
National Population Commission (NPC)
- Feeding 2,000 x 5days = N10,000
- Transport N20,000
- Training Allowance 10,000 x 5days = N50,000
- Total = 80,000

- 25th April to 30th April, 2023 Supervisors and Enumerator Training on Building Numbering and Household listing
- 2nd May, 2023 Census Night
- Census Proper, 3 May, to 6″ May, 2023
