Job Title: Senior HR Officer
Location: Mainland, Lagos

Reporting Line: Head, HR/Admin & Legal
Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc in Human Resources or Social Sciences.
- Evidence of completion/ exemption of/from NYSC.
- Evidence of completion of Microfinance Certification program.
Experience:
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in Human Resources
- Prior managerial experience in similar role or capacity
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- A strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR regulatory compliance
Skills:
- Strong leadership, supervisory and people management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skill.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
- Administrative and managerial skills.
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications
- OND / HND / BSc in any related field
- Evidence of completion/ exemption of/from NYSC
Experience:
- Previous experience as a remedial or recovery officer
Skills:
- Sound understanding of remedial and risk management
- Proficient in negotiating and persuasion with the ability to synthesize and present argument in a logical and rational manner
- Good understanding of loan classification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Strong strategy and implementation skills
