Requirement for ICPC Recruitment 2022 for Experienced Competent Auctioneers for Properties Disposal
- Interested individuals/companies should submit the following eligibility documents:
- Company Profile
- Evidence of registration in the relevant line of business
- Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Evidence of the Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December 2021
- Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2022 (will be an added advantage)
- Evidence of Current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2022; (will be an added advantage)
- Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2022 (will be an added advantage)
- Evidence of registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants, and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2022 or valid Certificate by BPP
- Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years -2019,2020 & 2021
- Evidence of good financial standing of the Company by submission of the Company’s Statement of Account for six (6) months preceding the date of Advert/Advance Payment Guarantee
- Evidence of execution of at least three (3) similar auctions (job) in the last five years
- Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission is a former or present Director, shareholder, or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid is true and correct in all particulars.
