Responsibilities:
Run background checks of employees and third-party contractors using different portals (e.g. HireRite, FADV portals)
Update and maintain daily onboarding status information, including background check progress
Coordinate with candidates to resolve any discrepancies in background check information
Prepare and verify I-9 forms
Handle various administrative and office tasks
Qualifications for
1-2 years of experience working in a corporate office with records handling as a core responsibility
Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel [vlookup], Word, Outlook) and Adobe PDF (extracting pages)
Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new systems
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
