Reals Pharmaceuticals job- Personal Assistant to the Managing Director Reals Pharmaceuticals Nigeria Limited is recruiting or hiring for the post of a P.A- Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, if you are interested in working as a PA to the managing Director of Reals Pharmaceuticals then this is an Opportunity you should not allow slide away.
- Manage the GMD’s calendar and Schedule meetings
- Arrange travel & Logistics for GMD’s travels – booking flight tickets/ hotel accommodations
- Coordinating board meetings, handling logistics of meeting, preparing necessary materials needed for the meetings.
- Format information for internal & External communication- Memos, emails, presentations & reports
- Answer company’s main phone line & respond to inquiries
- Replenish GMD’s office materials as necessary. i.e snacks, office supplies, paper
- General Administrative and clerical tasks; coordinating conference calls, filing, photocopying.
- Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
- B.Sc/ HND in Business Administration/ Secretarial Studies
- Minimum of (5) years’ Experience as an Executive Secretary
- Strong problem-solving skills, sound reasoning, independent judgment and initiative to accomplish tasks with little or no direction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizer who must be attentive to details
- Advanced Computer skills & Proficient in MS office suite
