B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES
Describe the principal duties expected of this role & quantitative aspects which signify its scope, such as
volume, profit, budget
Accurate daily posting of assigned vendor invoices, which must be processed within 24hrs of
getting to account department
• Accurate treatment of WHT on all invoice posted
• All Supporting documentation for posted invoices and journals to be scanned and saved on NAV
drive for easy retrieval
• Accurate and prompt registration of new vendors within 24hrs of receipt
• Ensure complete registration details for all existing supplier (every item on checklist)
• Ensure KYC for all vendors are followed through and update on NAV. Report on KYC to be saved
on server before presentation of AP Flash
• Prepare report of one-off vendors to track the need for full registration or closure 48hrs before
AP Flash review

• List of all vendor created within the month to be updated on server before presentation of AP
flash.
• 100% compliance to zero tolerance of vendor overpayment/underpayment paying attention to
accurate withholding tax charges and credit note applicable
• Reconciliation of all open vendor positions within 14days.
• Preparation of monthly reconciliation updates for the AP flash and save on the server within
14days of close.
• Ensure that all assigned account are cash matched before period close.
• Supports the accounts payable supervisor with relevant data in preparation of accounts payable
flash and other reports
• Execution of other duties assigned by the Unit Co-coordinator, Finance manager and Finance
Director to achieve overall finance objective

JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• BSc in Social Sciences or Accounting
• 2 years experience in a similar role.
• ICAN Professional level
