Npower Exit Packages to be Delivered Soon- Chairman of Governors Forum The Chairman Nigerian Governors Forum Kayode Fayemi who happens to be the Ekiti state Governor, said that Npower Exited Volunteers should expect their exit packages soon, he also went ahead to say that after two years in Npower that it is not properly for the Npower Exited Beneficiaries to be thrown at the Streets, i will give you undiluted Conversations between Ekiti State Governor and some Npower Youths on first of November 2020.

Ekiti State Governor said work is ongoing seriously at the presidency about the exit package , that we should expect it soonest.

On the second question, He said some of the beneficiaries applied in the State recruitment and some has been picked. He also said those in Npower Agro will be considered soon in a program coming up in Ministry of Agric.

Thirdly he said five of the beneficiaries has been given appointment at FUOYE.

Kayode Fayemi in an interactive session with the youth in the state, disclosed that, the Federal government has concluded plans to transit volunteers into meaningful ventures with good packages

“According to a post by Kiri on the telegram channel of ‘The 36 States and FCT Npower Forum’, an interactive session between the Ekiti State Youths and Governor of the State Dr. John Kayode Fayemi was held on the 1st of November 2020

There have been series of meeting between the office of the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, headed by Sadiya Umar Farouq and the Federal Government on how to deliver the transition plan promised

There are plans by exited Npower volunteers to hit the city of Abuja on 12th, November, for demonstration to plead with the government to fasten transition plans prepared for them

However, the office of the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, headed by Sadiya Umar Farouq has asked exited volunteers to wait as plans is on high gear to deliver transition
