In a nutshell, The Federal Government of Nigeria and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) have approved the establishment of Country Programme Advisory Team (CPAT) for the coordination of all IFAD funded projects in Nigeria.
The team is to ensure quality and provide unified and result-based services to the country programmes in the following thematic areas; Monitoring & Evaluation, Youth and Gender Mainstreaming, Climate change adaptation and Environment, Nutrition mainstreaming, Financial inclusion, Finance and Expenditure Management, Communication and Knowledge Management.

- Senior Finance Management Officer (SFMO)
- Senior Internal Auditor (SIA)

- Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor (M & EA)
- Junior Finance Management Officer (JFMO)
Requirements for 2022/2023 Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development Recruitment
- Interested and qualified applicant must be a Nigeria
- University Degree or Higher National Diploma Degree depends on position applying for
- Interested and qualified applicant must have a valid means of identification such as permanent voter’s car, driver’s license, national id car or international passport.
- Interested and qualified applicant must have the WASSCE certificate with not less than 5 credit passes including mathematics and english language
- Higher educational certificate is an added advantage
