400000 Npower Beneficiaries to be recruited by the Federal Government In a just concluded interview with Channels Television, Honorable minister for humanitarian affairs, disaster management and social development,[ HADMSD], HM Sadia Umar Farouq, assured Nigerians that a said number of 400,000 Npower volunteers were to be recruited in a short period of time. When asked further, she inputted that the number of volunteers increases much more as the days roll by and she had to step up to review and respond, to assist and provide, the opportunity which they yearned for.

She spoke further stating that she has rubbed minds with NASand everything is being set and also other top stakeholders. This, she said, will ensure that all the said stakeholders for the social investment programme and campaign of President Buhari are carried along,being fortunate as they are the representatives of the people whom intervention is being lain out to. Another reason being that she wanted to ensure that the 400,000 volunteers will be paid their stipends on time, paid the usual rate and she wanted to make sure that they all benefited as planned.

She added, ”Npower has been helping and we will keep helping. We want people to continue benefiting irrespective of the crisis at hand and so help us GOD”

Getting to a conclusion, she told channels Tv that the ministry has come up with the recruitment of the new 400,000 Npower volunteers and urged interested volunteers to keep being up to date as the recruitment is said to begin in a short period of time.

For those of you having Npower Backlog payment issues follow this below guidelines to solve it

  • Scan and upload Appointment Letter to npower
  • Upload Place of Primary Assignment name
  • Scan and upload Bank account statement from the period you were not paid.
